Review our commercial trade return limitations, mandatory software licensing restrictions, and restocking fee matrices.
All return requests must be formally submitted to our procurement desk within fourteen (14) calendar days of tracking validation delivery. Requests submitted outside this explicit commercial window will be rejected automatically.
Critical Warning: Advanced vehicle diagnostic systems, pass-thru tools, and ADAS hardware suites tied to active software registrations, Secure Gateway (SGW) tokens, or manufacturer licensing matrices cannot be returned once activated. Once a software licensing file is bound to a fleet entity, the transaction is final.
All qualified, unactivated hardware returns returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging are subject to a strict 15% corporate restocking fee. The commercial purchaser is solely responsible for all return freight charges and must utilize a tracked, insured carrier service.
Approved return assets undergo comprehensive hardware and software testing by our technical team. Upon validation, credit balances will be issued back to the original corporate payment method within seven (7) business days, minus the applicable 15% restocking fee.
